Hart Square
Challenge
Hart Square's brand hadn't kept pace with its growth. A vendor-independent consultancy helping charities and membership organisations get more from their technology, it was still working with a palette of just three colours and no consistent visual system or story to tie it together. It needed a brand that could carry a clearer narrative and flex as the business developed, without losing consistency along the way.
Solution
We led Hart Square's rebrand in-house, from strategy through to studio production, as an extension of their team.
Defined a core brand concept, "making technology work", giving the identity a clear story to build from rather than a static markBuilt a flexible supergraphic system designed to work as a storytelling device, with room to develop as the brand maturesExpanded a limited three-colour palette into a fuller primary and secondary system, with clear rules for tints and backgroundsSet brand guidelines covering logo use, colour, iconography and photographyDefined Hart Square's organisational values and core messaging to sit alongside the new visual identity
